过滤技术在大型铸钢件铸造中的应用

摘要

This article discusses the formation mechanism and the main source of defects in steel castings. And complete the test for the newly developed HOLLOTEX CFU to improve the castings quality. The study results show that the HOLLOTEX CFU have no affect on casting chemical composition, but can reduce the defects on casting surface, improve the tensile strength and elongation of the castings.%讨论了铸钢件中夹杂物的形成机制及主要来源，并对HOLLTEX过滤器在大型铸钢件铸造中的应用进行了试验研究。结果表明HOLLTEX过滤器过滤网材质对钢液的化学成分不产生影响，应用 HOLLTEX过滤器可以有效减少铸件表面缺陷，提高抗拉强度及延伸率。
