30t/h铝锭连续铸造机输送链链轮修形减振设计

             

摘要

链传动主要用于传递动力和物料,随着工业自动化程度提高和精密加工技术的发展,链传动的精确性、稳定性越发重要。铝锭连续铸造机输送链是负责铸模和铝锭的输送。由于链传动系统不平稳,导致铝锭表面形成明显的“水波纹”现象,影响铝锭的表面质量。在分析链传动振动来源的基础上,给出三种对链轮齿形的修正方法,采用修正后的链轮能够减小啮合冲击,进而降低输送过程的振动,提高铝锭表面质量。%Chain drive is mainly used to transfer power and material.With higher degree of industrial automation and the development of precision machining technology, the accuracy and stability of the chain transmission become more and more important. The onveyor hain of Aluminum ingot continuous casting machine is responsible for the delivery of molds and aluminum ingots.The unstability of chain transmission system leads to the forming of obvious water ripple phenomenon at the surface of the aluminum ingot, which affects the quality of aluminum ingots.Based on the analysis of the vibration source of the transmission chain,it is concluded that three kinds of method to correct the sprocket tooth proifle, using the revised sprocket can reduce the meshing impact and the vibration of the transmission. To improve the quality of aluminum ingots.
