从卷扬筒产品铸件的技术要求出发,对呋喃树脂宝珠砂和覆膜砂结合的铸造工艺生产的卷扬筒产品出现变形,表面砂气孔的现象,在铸造工艺设计等方面优化改进,从而解决批量生产中存在的质量问题.从技术管理、质量管理、生产管理的角度介绍了产品的试制验证过程,强调了只有加强现场精细化管理和严密的过程控制、细致的工序培训和提高员工的质量意识,才能有效的保证产品的质量稳定和持续的提高.%The winder-lauf castings produced by foundry process combination of furan resin ceramsite sand and coated sand have deformation and sand holes on the surface.Based on the technical requirements of winder-lauf casting,the optimization of the foundry design process has been carried out.Thus in this way,the quality problem during batch production has been solved.The process of testing and verification of products has been introduced from the aspects of technology management,quality management and production management.It is emphasized that only by strengthening the on-site refinement management and strict process control,careful process training,and improving employees' quality awareness can the product quality be effectively guaranteed and continuously improved.
