30Cr2Ni4MoV钢韧脆转变温度的测定与分析

摘要

The safety of low pressure rotors in steam turbine under complex conditions has been preevaluated.The charpy V-notch specimens have been used.Through different series of temperature impact tests,the ductile-brittle transition temperature of the 30Cr2Ni4MoV steel has been measured by the shear fracture rate change of the fracture morphology.The fracture mechanism of 30Cr2Ni4MoV steel at different temperatures has been analyzed.%对汽轮机低压转子在复杂环境下服役的安全性进行预先评估,采用夏比V型缺口试样,通过不同系列温度冲击试验,以断口形貌的剪切断面率变化对30Cr2Ni4MoV钢的韧脆转变温度进行了测定,并对30Cr2Ni4MoV钢在不同温度下的断裂机制进行了分析.
