影响呋喃树脂砂性能因素的研究

摘要

详细研究了呋喃树脂砂生产过程中的影响因素,主要涉及混砂比例、砂温、原辅材料粘度、空气湿度,初、中、终强度的关系,紧实度对型砂强度、硬度的影响,最后均提出应采取的措施.%The influencing factors in the process of Furan resin sand production have been studied in detail,which includes sand mixing ratio,sand temperature,the viscosity of raw materials,air humidity,the relationship between the initial,medium and final strength,and the influence of compactness on the strength and hardness of sand.Finally,the measures which should be taken have been put forward.
