The influence of molten steel temperature on the surface quality of bolster for railway wagons has been expounded.And some methods for controlling the cooling rate of molten steel have been summarized through the production process.Thus in this way,the surface quality of bolster and side frame for railway wagons has been obviously improved and a series of problems including cold,water ripple,orange peel,wrinkles and poor molding have been solved.%阐述了钢水温度对铁路货车摇枕表面质量的影响,以及通过在生产过程中逐步摸索,总结了控制钢水降温速度的几点方法,铁路货车摇枕、侧架的表面质量得到了明显提升,解决了冷隔、水波纹、桔皮、褶皱、成型不良等一系列问题.
