石林县集体林权制度改革后林农经营行为研究

摘要

以石林县为例，运用 Logistic 模型分析法，探讨了林改后的林农经营行为，从个人因素、家庭因素、林地因素和政策因素四个方面构建了影响林农经营行为的指标体系，并对此提出了进一步完善林权流转服务体系，建立完善林业信息化系统，加快推进农村富余劳动力转移，逐步完善林业投融资服务体系等政策建议。%　　Based on the investigation of Shilin County, through the method of Logistic model, the farmers’ operational behavior after the collective forest tenure reform is discussed in this paper. Form the four angles of personal factors, family factors, the forestland factors and policy factors, the essay sets up a evaluation index system which affects the farmers operational behavior, and some advises based on the recent prob1ems are proposed, such as perfect forest right circulation service system, establish and perfect forestry information system to speed up the transfer of rural surplus labor force, gradually perfect forestry investment and financing service system.
