竹束单板层积材物理力学性能均匀性研究

     

摘要

This paper explored the process of one piece formation for the bamboo bundle veneer, the vertical density profile distribution was investigated by X-ray. The mechanical and physical properties of BLVL were studied and compared with bamboo scrimber. The stability along with its discreteness of BLVL and bamboo scrimber was also characterized in the thickness and width direction. The results show that the distribution of vertical density profile (VDP) is uniform for BLVL, and the COV of the mean value of density for BLVL-I, II is lower compared with bamboo scrimber. The mean value of MOR, MOE and shearing strength as well as its uniform properties are all superior to bamboo scrimber. The analysis of variance shows that the water absorption ratio, swelling ratio in width and thickness direction are all significantly lower than bamboo zephyr board, as well as its standard deviation, with TH> TW.%采用竹束单板整张化工艺,制备了竹束单板层积材(BLVL),利用X射线剖面密度仪研究BLVL及重组竹的剖面密度分布规律,比较了BLVL和重组竹的各项力学指标及其均匀性,并对其宽度和厚度方向上的尺寸稳定性和离散性进行了统计分析.结果表明:竹束单板层积材剖面密度曲线(VDP)分布较为均匀,两种整张化方式下制备的BLVL剖面密度变异系数(COV)较重组竹要低.BLVL的静曲强度、弹性模量、剪切强度及力学均匀性均优于重组竹;方差分析表明:BLVL的吸水增重率、宽度和厚度膨胀率显著低于重组竹,其标准方差亦小于重组竹,且TH> Tw.
