纳米银粒子的纸内合成及其抗菌活性研究

     

摘要

The nano silver particles were loaded in situ with natural fibers as carrier,and antibacterial paper was prepared by using the fiber.Analysis by X ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGR) for the preparation of antibacterial composite fiber paper proved that nano silver particles were synthesized in the fiber antibacterial paper.The effects of preparation conditions on the antibacterial activity of the compound fiber antibacterial paper were explored.The optimum concentration ratio of the reactants was obtained,and the optimum preparation conditions of nano silver pulp composite fiber were:concentration of silver nitrate was 0.1 mol/L,concentration of sodium borohydride was 0.4 mol/L when as reducing agent.The antibacterial activity of nano silver pulp composite fiber showed obvious antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.%采用天然纤维为载体原位负载纳米银颗粒,并以此纤维制备抑菌纸.采用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和热重分析(TGA)对制备的复合纤维抑菌纸进行检测分析,证明纸内合成了纳米银粒子;探究了制备条件对复合纤维抑菌纸抑菌性能的影响,得到了最佳抑菌效果的反应物浓度比,纳米银-纸浆复合纤维的最佳制备条件为:硝酸银浓度为0.1 mol/L;硼氢化钠作为还原剂浓度为0.4 mol/L.通过抑菌试验得出纳米银-纸浆复合纤维抑菌纸对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均表现出明显的抗菌活性的结论.
