竹丝装饰材的湿缓冲特性研究

             

摘要

对未处理和经过阻燃处理、防霉阻燃处理的三种竹丝装饰材在高湿地区吸-放湿循环周期内质量的变化规律和湿缓冲值(MBV)进行了研究;利用环境扫描电镜(ESEM)和X-射线衍射仪(XRD)对竹丝装饰材料在磷酸脒基脲阻燃剂处理前后的微观形貌和相对结晶度进行了表征;并以实例量化三种竹丝装饰材料对室内环境的吸-放湿变化量.研究结果表明:三种竹丝装饰材均具有一定的湿缓冲性能,在吸湿-放湿循环周期内质量变化呈周期性阶梯状上升趋势,各处理组间湿缓冲性能表现为阻燃处理组(NP)>未处理组(C)>防霉阻燃处理组(NP4),同组表现为近青层竹丝装饰材(OB)>近黄层竹丝装饰材(IB),吸放湿周期内遵循MBV吸湿>MBV放湿的规律,其中阻燃处理近青层竹丝装饰材(OB)湿度调节能力最佳;通过ESEM和XRD分析发现:磷酸脒基脲在薄壁细胞中有较好的沉积,但对吸湿-放湿中的水分流动不造成影响,阻燃处理后竹丝装饰材的纤维素相对结晶度略有降低.%Research was carried on to evaluate the quality change rule and Moisture Buffering Value(MBV) within moisture absorption and releasing cycle period in high humidity environment for three kinds of decorative bamboo filament(untreated,fire retardant treatment and anti-mold fire retardant treatment).The environment scanning electron microscopy (ESEM)and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used as characterization methods to research microtopography and relative crystallinity before and after fire retarding treatment with guanylurea phosphate.Results showed that three kinds of decorative bamboo filaments all had the ability of humidity control,the quality change appeared step-like rising trend,furthermore,the order of moisture buffering performance for different treatment group respectively was NP>C>NP4,OB>IB in the same treatment and MBVabsorpion>MBVrelease in the test cycle,the humidity adjustment of OB was the best.The XRD and SEM respectively indicated that guanylurea phosphate had better sedimentary in parenchymal cell,but had no effect on moisture flow during moisture absorption and releasing,decorative bamboo filament had a slight decrease of relative crystallinity after flame retardant treatment.
