摘要

An elastic /viscoplastic model of the fibre network stress in wet pressing has previously been shown to given good predictions of the of fibre network stress in webs made of ther- mo-mechanical pulp for a wide range of pulse shapes, pulse lengths and peak pressures. The present study shows that the model also can be used for predicting the fibre network stress of webs of softwood bleached kraft pulp and that the effect of web temperature can be taken into account. The influence of fibre swelling on the rheological behaviour of wet webs has been stu- died.
