硼砂和羟乙基纤维素改性TDI交联聚乙烯醇木材粘合剂的研究

     

摘要

Authors of this article mainly study borax and hydroxyethyl cellulose modifying toluene diisocyanate (TDI) crosslinked polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) wood adhesive.Using orthogonal experiment method to discuss the preparation process conditions of the adhesive,such as the amount of hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC),PVA,borax,and crosslinking agent of TDI,the temperature of the synthetic reaction,the synthetic reaction time,and other factors on the adhesive bonding performance (including compression shear strength,decoration,color,viscosity,etc.).Through the modification process can form white wood latex which has a stable single component,excellent performance,reasonable raw material cost,and no environmental pollution.Through the orthogonal experiment analysis,the best wood adhesive synthesis process for the preparation in this experimental design within the scope is:the addition of borax amount,HEC,PVA,and TDI is 0.1 g/100 mL,0.4 g/100 mL,10 g/100 mL,3 mL/100 mL,respectively.The reaction temperature is 30 ℃ and the mixing time is 75 min.Through the modification process,polyvinyl alcohol glue has the compressive shear strength of 6 MPa or more,can form a stable single component,excellent performance,reasonable cost of raw materials,no environmental pollution of white wood latex.%笔者主要研究以硼砂和羟乙基纤维素改进甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)交联聚乙烯醇(PVA)木材粘合剂.采用正交试验法,探讨实验室制备该粘合剂的工艺条件:如羟乙基纤维素(HEC)、PVA、硼砂、交联剂TDI的加入量、合成反应的温度以及合成反应的时间等因素对该粘合剂粘结性能(包括压缩剪切强度、融冻性、颜色、黏度等)的影响.通过该改性过程能形成一种稳定的单组分、性能优良、原料成本合理、无环境污染的白色木材乳胶.通过正交试验分析得出在该试验设计范围内实验室制备该木材粘合剂最佳合成工艺:硼砂的加入量为0.1 g/100 mL、HEC的加入量为0.4 g/100 mL、PVA的加入量为10 g/100 mL、TDI的加入量为3 mL/100 mL、反应温度为30℃,搅拌反应时间为75 min.聚乙烯醇粘合剂通过该改性过程,其压缩剪切强度达到6 MPa以上,能形成一种稳定的单组分、性能优良、原料成本合理、无环境污染的白色木材乳胶.
