3D激光轮廓扫描仪在木制部件表面粗糙度测定中的应用

     

摘要

3D laser contour scanner scans through a line laser scanner from the product surface,and forms three-dimensional image,so the scan area of each point height,volume,cross-sectional area,and defect and so on can be checked.The 3D images can he obtained by 3D laser profile scanner.Through image processing technology,we can extract the surface profile images from light sectioning microscopic image,and calculate the surface roughness of wooden components;using 3D laser contour scanner to check the surface roughness of wooden components,compared with the stylus roughness detector,the influence of wood structure is smaller,and data is easier to save,after the scan is end,we can measure and analyze repeatedly.%3D激光轮廓扫描仪是由一个线激光扫描仪从产品表面扫过,形成三维立体图像,可以检测扫描区域的各个点高度、体积、截面积、瑕疵等;通过对3D激光轮廓扫描仪获得的3D扫描图像,运用图像处理技术从光切显微图像中提取出表面轮廓断面图形,计算出木制部件表面粗糙度;采用3D激光轮廓扫描仪检测木制部件表面粗糙度,相对于触针式粗糙度检测仪,其检测受木材自身构造影响小,数据易保存,一经扫描完成,便可以反复测量、分析.
