Objective To explore the new ways of 3D reconstruction of the temporal bone anatomical structure of The Virtual Chinese Human and to provide more accurate and convenient method. Methods 3D computer reconstruction of a temporal bone was built through 3D-Slicer software. Image segmentation and extraction of the ROI were made. Results The 3D model of the temporal bone, middleear, mastoid airroom, sigmoid sinus, internal carotid artery were successfully reconstructed. Conclusion The 3D-Slicer software can be used in 3D computer reconstruction of a temporal bone. Itcanmakeiteasily to observe and understand the anatomical structure of the temporal bone.%目的 探索虚拟中国人颞骨解剖结构三维重建的可行性,为观察其结构提供更加便捷、准确的方法.方法 用3D-Slicer软件重建颞骨解剖结构,对感兴趣区(ROI)进行图像分割和提取.结果 颞骨、鼓室、乳突气房、乙状窦,颈内动脉被成功重建.结论 3D-Slicer可用于中国人颞骨部分解剖结构三维可视化,这些模型显示了它们之间的空间关系,便于对该部解剖结构的观察和理解.
