适度水解乳清蛋白配方对婴儿过敏性疾病的预防作用

         

摘要

目的:探析适度水解乳清蛋白配方对婴儿过敏性疾病和血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平的影响,为早期预防儿童过敏性疾病提供依据。方法入选2010年1—12月于该院定期产检并生产的孕妇所生的婴儿300例,按照随机原则分为3组各100例,A组采用非纯母乳喂养法,并将适度水解乳清蛋白配方奶粉作为唯一母乳不足时的补充品,B组也采用非纯母乳喂养法,将非适度水解配方作为母乳补充品,C组采用纯母乳喂养法,观察时间不少于6个月,24月龄时,测量头围、体重及身长评价婴儿生长发育状况,记录特应性皮炎、哮喘和荨麻疹发生率,采集脐血4月龄时血清并用荧光过敏原吸附试验测定IgE水平。结果3组婴儿的头围、体重和身长情况大体一致,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组和C组的特应性皮炎、哮喘和荨麻疹发生率均显著低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组和C组发生率大体一致,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组和C组的IgE水平显著低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组和C组大体一致,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论适度水解乳清蛋白配方有助于降低婴儿IgE水平,预防过敏性疾病的发生,且不影响婴儿生长发育情况。%Objective To explore the effect of moderately hydrolyzed whey formula on allergic diseases in infants and serum im-munoglobulin E(IgE) so as to provide a basis for early prevention of allergic diseases in infants. Methods 300 infants delivered by the pregnant women underwent regular antenatal examination in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2010 were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups with 100 cases in each. A group were treated with non-breast feeding method with moderately hydrolyzed whey protein formula milk powder as the only supplement. B group were also treated with non-breast feeding method with the non-moderately hydrolyzed formula as supplements. C group were treated with the pure breast feeding. And the observa-tion time was over 6 months. The head circumference, body weight and body length were measured and the incidence of atopic dermatitis, asthma and urticaria were recorded at 24 months of age. The cord blood serum at the age of 4 months was collected, and IgE levels were measured by fluorescence allergen adsorption test. Results The head circumference, body weight and length of the 3 groups were generally consistent, the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05). The incidences of atopic dermati-tis, asthma and urticaria in A group and C group were lower than those in B group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), and the incidence rates in A group and C group were roughly the same, the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05). The IgE levels in A group and C group were significantly lower than those in B group, the differences were statistically sig-nificant (P<0.05), and the IgE levels in A group and C group were roughly the same, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Moderately hydrolyzed whey formula helps reduce the infant IgE levels and could prevent the occurrence of allergic diseases without affecting the growth of infants.
