Objective To evaluate the effect of intra-articular dezocine injection on postoperative analgesia after knee arthroscopy. Methods 60 patients scheduled for knee arthroscopy were selected and randomly divided into A group and B group. The A group was given intra-articular injection of dezocine 5mg (make the volume to 10ml with saline). The B group was given intra-articular injection of 10ml saline. The visual analogue scale (VAS) under the state of knee joint 90 °, 1, 4, 6, 8, 12 and 24h after adminis-tration of dezocine or placebo, the time to first postoperative analgesic request, and the side effects were recorded. Results The VAS of A group 1, 4, 6, 8, 12h after the operation was (2.3±0.6, 2.6±0.5, 3.0±0.5, 2.8±0.6, 2.9±0.7), respectively, significantly lower than B group's (4.5±0.7, 5.3±0.6, 5.8±0.8, 5.9±0.5, 5.6±0.6), respectively, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The time to first postoperative analgesic request was (265±40) min in A group, longer than (62±11) min of B group, the dif-ference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Intra-articular injection of dezocine after knee arthroscopy can achieve good postoperative analgesia effect with an increased time to first analgesic request.%目的：评价关节腔内给予地佐辛对膝关节镜术后镇痛的影响。方法选择择期行膝关节镜手术患者60例，随机分为A、B两组：A组关节腔内注射地佐辛5 mg(用生理盐水配制成10 mL)；B组关节腔内注射等量生理盐水10 mL。记录术后1、4、6、8、12和24 h患者在屈膝关节90°状态下的疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS），记录术毕至首次需要镇痛药时间以及术后不良反应的发生情况。结果 A组术后1,4,6,8,12 h的VAS评分分别为（2.3±0.6,2.6±0.5,3.0±0.5,2.8±0.6,2.9±0.7）明显低于B组(4.5±0.7,5.3±0.6,5.8±0.8,5.9±0.5,5.6±0.6)，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），术后首次要求使用镇痛药物时间A组(265±40)min明显长于B组(62±11)min，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论关节腔内给予地佐辛用于膝关节镜能够提供良好的术后镇痛效果，延长术后镇痛时间。
