测定中草药有效成分和抗氧化作用

         

摘要

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous and open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of tibial fractures. Methods 46 cases of patients with tibial fractures admitted in our hospital in recent 5 years were divided into minimally invasive group and the traditional group, 23 cases in each group. According to Johner-Wuhs method, the clinical efficacy, intraoperative blood loss, incision length, operation time, callus formation time, postoperative observation time of these two groups were compared and studied. Results Compared with the traditional group, the intraoperative blood loss of the minimally invasive group was less, the incision length was shorter, the operation time, callus formation time and postoperative ob-servation time was shorter, and the effect of surgery was better, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous treatment for tibial fractures has good advantages, and the treatment effect is satisfactory, which is worthy of promotion.%目的:为了研究中草药中含有的有效成分,同时筛选出中草药中具有排除自由基功能的自由基清除剂,以便维护人体正常功能。方法选取2012年7月-2013年7月在该院使用中草药进行住院治疗的病患164例,这些病患来自该院各个诊疗科室,回顾分析这些病患的临床资料。联合使用高效液相色谱与串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)定量检测分析法鉴定当归、五味子、三七等中药的有效成分,分析提取物中氧自由基的清除功能,并研究保护身体DNA不受损伤的作用。同时对阿魏酸、五味子提取物、三七提取物、等中草药排除自由基,保护人体机能的作用。结果联合使用HPLC-MS/MS定量检测分析法能够快速鉴定人参中的提取物含量,包括:咖啡酸、阿魏酸等物质的含量。阿魏酸、苯酚、三七总皂苷等中草药提取物排除羟基自由基半抑制浓度分别为:2.95μg/mL,3.1μg/mL,58.7μg/mL,对比其浓度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);排除超氧阴离子自由基半抑制浓度分别为:0.45μg/mL,0.042μg/mL,167μg/mL,对比其浓度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。阿魏酸与苯酚能有效排除羟基自由基与超氧自由基的能力最强,三七总皂苷能力最弱。结论当归、五味子等中草药提取物都具有抗氧化作用,其中白术在保护DNA方面效果最佳。
