孟鲁斯特钠在儿童肺炎支原体肺炎治疗中的作用

摘要

Objective To explore the curative effect and the mechanism of montelukast sodium in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia (MP). Methods 90 children with MP were randomly divided into two groups, observation group( 48 cases) and control group (42 cases).The control group was given conventional treatment; based on the treatment of the control group, the observation group was added with montelukast sodium. Blood IL-6 and TNF-α content were determined by ELISA. Results Compared with the control group, the resolution time of wheeze and duration of temperature recovery in the observation group was obviously shorter, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of serum cytokines TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group in the stage of recovery, but not in the acute phase, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Montelukast sodium could contribute to the curative effect in children with mycoplasma pneumonia, which may via reducing the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines.%目的：探讨孟普司特钠在治疗肺炎支原体肺炎中的作用及机理。方法90例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组，其中观察组48例；对照组42例。对照组给以常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上加用孟普司特钠。采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测TNF-α和 IL-6水平。结果观察组患儿体温恢复时间、肺部罗音消失均较对照组明显缩短，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组血清细胞因子TNF-α、IL-6和CRP水平在急性期差异无统计学意义；恢复期观察组显著低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟普司特钠辅助治疗肺炎支原体肺炎有显著疗效，其机理可能是通过降低促炎症细胞因子水平。
