优质护理在非脱垂阴式子宫切除术中应用的临床意义

摘要

Objective To study the application of high quality nursing care in the non-prolapsed vaginal hysterectomy. Methods 68 patients were divided the control group (n=34) and the experimental group (n=34) according to the randomized control method. The control group was given conventional method of care, and the experimental group was treated with high quality nursing care. The 5minHR and MAP values before surgery, SAS, SDS values after surgery and pain conditions 4h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h after surgery were compared. Results The preoperative 5minHR and MAP values, postoperative SAS, SDS values of the experimental group were less than those of the control group, the postoperative pain of the experimental group was lighter than that of the control group, the differences compared between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing care for non-prolapsed vaginal hysterectomy patients can improve the efficacy of surgery and promote the early recovery of the patients.%目的：研究优质护理在非脱垂阴式子宫切除术中应用。方法将68例患者按照随机对照法随机分为对照组(n=34)和实验组(n=34)，对照组采用常规护理方法，实验组开展优质护理服务，比较两组患者术前5 minHR和MAP值、术后SAS、SDS值，及术后4、12、24、48 h疼痛情况。结果实验组的术前5 minHR、MAP值、术后SAS、SDS值少于对照组，实验组术后疼痛程度较对照组轻，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对非脱垂阴式子宫切除术患者开展优质护理服务，可提高手术的疗效，促进患者早日康复。
