探讨急性下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的多种介入技术联合治疗分析

摘要

Objective To find the clinical plan to improve the prognosis of patients on the basis of depth analysis of value of combined treatment of multiple interventional techniques for paitents with acute lower extremity arterial occlusive dis-ease. Methods 90 cases of patients with acute lower extremity arterial occlusive disease treated in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and control group with 45 cases in each, the experimental group chose combined treatment of multiple interventional techniques, the control group chose routine treatment, the prognosis of all patients was analyzed in all directions and its efficiency was compared. Results Of all the patients in this study, the effective rate of the experimental group was 77.78%, and 95.56% of the control group, the comparison was different (P<0.05). Conclusion The choice of plan of combined treatment of multiple interventional tech-niques for patients with acute lower extremity arterial occlusive disease has a prominent effect and it is worth promoting.%目的：在对急性下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的多种介入技术联合治疗价值进行深入分析的基础上，寻找提升患者预后水平的临床方案。方法以随机法选择该院2013年9月—2015年9月接收的45例急性下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者（实验组），本组选择多种介入技术联合治疗；同期选择45例急性下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者（对照组）作对照，本组选择常规疗法，全方位分析所有患者的预后情况，并对其有效率进行比较。结果本研究的所有入选患者中，实验组有效率95.56%，对照组77.78%，比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对于急性下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者，治疗时选择多种介入技术联合方案效果突出，可推广。
