目的 探讨应用人工晶状体巩膜缝线固定术矫正儿童玻璃体切割术后无晶状体眼的临床疗效及安全性. 方法整群选取2013年8月—2014年8月该院收治的60例玻璃体切割后无晶体眼患儿作为研究对象,全部患儿均采取人工晶状体经巩膜缝线固定术矫正,评价临床疗效及不良反应情况. 结果 60例患儿术中眼压均维持稳定,未发生眼球塌陷、脉络膜出血等现象,术后60例患儿视力均得到不同程度的恢复,术后初期均出现不同程度的炎性反应,6例出现低眼压现象. 结论 儿童玻璃体切割术后对无晶体眼行巩膜缝线固定矫正术,可稳定控制眼压,视力能得到显著提升,术后并发症少,是矫正无晶体状体眼的理想方法.%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of trans-scleral suture fixation of intraocular lens in correcting aphakia after vitrectomy in children. Methods 60 children suffering from aphakia after vitrectomy admitted to this hospital from August 2013 and August 2014 were included in this study. All the patients were treated with trans-scleral suture fixation of intraocular lens. The clinical efficacy and adverse event were estimated. Results All the 60 patients kept a stable intraocular pressure during the operation without eyeball collapsing choroidal hemorrhage occurring. After operation, their visual acuity recovered with varying degrees. In the immediate postoperative period, varying degrees ofinflammatory re-action can be observed in all the patients, 6 of which were found with low intraocular pressure. Conclusion Trans-scleral suture fixation of intraocular lens in correcting aphakia after vitrectomy in children can control intraocular pressure, improve visual acuity with less postoperative complication, therefore it is an ideal method.
