目的：探讨使用人工晶状体巩膜缝线固定术矫正儿童玻璃体切割术后无晶状体眼的临床疗效。方法选取该院2013年9月—2014年9月收治的玻璃体切割术后无晶状体眼患儿60例作为研究对象，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。所有患儿均给予人工晶状体巩膜缝线固定术予以矫正，探讨其临床效果。结果人工晶状体植入手术均成功，术后7d患眼前房出现程度不一的炎性反应，行局部抗炎后症状消失，无纤维素性渗出膜现象。6例发生低眼压，给予保守治疗后均恢复。随访后60例患儿最佳矫正视力均值为0.28±0.07，有28眼相较于术前有所提升，7眼出现下降现象，剩余25眼则与术前视力水平持平,约为（12.64±1.53）mmHg，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。未出现并发症。结论对儿童玻璃体切割术后无晶状体眼行人工晶状体巩膜缝线固定术治疗效果明显，对于多数患儿而言其视力均可得到提升，可有效矫正无晶状体眼，对弱视予以纠正，有临床推广价值。%Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the use of intraocular lens scleral suture fixation correction of children after vitrectomy aphakia. Methods Our hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 were treated after vitrectomy aphakic eye 60 cases of children as research subjects, clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were treated with intraocular lens scleral suture fixation to be corrected, to explore its clinical effects. Results IOL implantation were successful, 7d after suffering from varying degrees of anterior chamber inflammation occurs, the symptoms disappeared after row of local anti-inflammatory, non-fibrin exudation film phenomenon. 6 cases of low intraocular pressure, were recovered after conservative treatment given. After follow-up of 60 cases of children with the best corrected visual acuity mean 0.28 ± 0.07, there are 28 has improved compared to before surgery, seven declined phenomenon, the remaining 25 are the same level with preoperative visual acuity, about (12.64 ± 1.53) mmHg, comparing the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Complications. Conclusion For children after vit-rectomy without scleral phakic IOL row suture fixation treatment significantly, in terms of its vision for the majority of children can be raised, can effectively correct aphakia, amblyopia be corrected, have clinical value .
