Objective To study the application effect of different umbilical nursing methods for the prevention of neonatal om-phalitis. Methods 80 neonates admitted in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each. Both groups were given the conventional nursing, the observation group was additionally given second-severing of umbilical cord nursing intervention. And the nursing efficacy(the mean umbilical cord abscisic time, mean umbilical healing time, status of umbilical hemorrhage and incidence of omphalitis) and patients’ family satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had much shorter mean umbilical cord abscisic time [(3.43±1.15)d vs (6.04±1.34)d], P<0.05, much shorter mean umbilical healing time [(6.34±1.06)d vs (9.65±1.76)d], P<0.05, obviously less patients with umbilical hemorrhage (4 cases vs 11 cases), P<0.05, significantly lower incidence of neonatal omphalitis (2.50% vs 17.50%), P<0.05, much higher level of nursing satisfaction (95.00% vs 80.00%), P<0.05. Conclusion Second-severing of umbilical cord nursing intervention combined with the neonatal conventional nursing is conducive to preventing the neonatal omphalitis and improving the nursing effect and level of nursing satis-faction.%目的：研究不同的脐部护理方法对预防新生儿脐炎的应用效果。方法随机抽取该院2013年4月—2014年4月收治的80例新生儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组则加入二次断脐护理措施,比较两组患者的护理效果(脐带平均脱落时间、脐部平均愈合时间、脐部出血情况、脐炎发生率)和家属的满意度。结果观察组的脐带平均脱落时间(3.43±1.15)d明显短于对照组(6.04±1.34)d,两组差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05；观察组的脐部平均愈合时间(6.34±1.06)d明显短于对照组(9.65±1.76)d,两组差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05；观察组脐部出血情况出现4例,明显少于对照组的11例,两组差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05；观察组新生儿脐炎发生率为2.50%,明显低于对照组的17.50%,两组差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05；观察组的护理满意度为95.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,两组差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在新生儿常规护理基础上采用二次断脐护理措施,有利于预防新生儿脐炎,提高护理效果,提升护理满意度。
