Objective To investigate the effect of reduced glutathione on early type 2 diabetic nephropathy oxidative stress. Meth-ods In 364 cases of early hospital in 2009 December to 2014 December were collected from type 2 diabetic nephropathy, divided into 182 cases of the control group, given conventional treatment, the observation group of 182 cases, in the conventional treatment based on the given reduced glutathionetreatment, Comparing the two groups of patients with therapeutic effect. Results After treat-ment in the observation group hs-CRP, IL-6, MDA, SOD, GSH-PX compared with the control group had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Reduced glutathione for the improvement of early type 2 diabetic nephropathy oxidative stresshas a positive effect, it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.%目的：探讨还原型谷胱甘肽对早期2型糖尿病肾病氧化应激状态的影响。方法整群收集医院2009年12月-2014年12月收治的364例早期2型糖尿病肾病患者，分为对照组182例，给予常规治疗，观察组182例，在常规治疗的基础上给予还原型谷胱甘肽治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组在hs-CRP、IL-6、MDA、SOD、GSH-PX方面与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽对改善早期2型糖尿病肾病氧化应激状态具有积极作用，值得在临床上推广应用。
