糖尿病足难治性溃疡中VSD技术的应用效果

摘要

目的：对VSD(封闭负压吸引)技术在糖尿病足难治性溃疡中的应用效果进行分析与探讨。方法随机选取100例2012年6月-2015年4月在该院接受治疗的糖尿病足发生的足背或足底溃疡患者，以随机方式将其平均分为对照组与观察组，对对照组患者行常规换药治疗，对观察组患者行VSD技术治疗。等两组创面感染控制后作第2次手术修复，对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者创面肉芽组织生长快，感染控制好，进一步手术治疗有效率为96%；对照组患者肉芽生长缓慢、创面感染难控制，手术治疗有效率为54%，观察组明显优于对照组，P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论研究表明，VSD技术应用糖尿病足难治性溃疡能有效促进肉芽组织生长、控制创面的感染，为下一步的治疗提供的有效的“创面床”，手术成功率高，值得在糖尿病足治疗中应用与推广。%Objective To explore the effect of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) in the treatment of patients with intractable diabetic foot ulcer (DFU). Methods 100 patients with intractable DFU admitted in our hospital during June 2012 to April 2015 were ran-domly divided into control group (n=50) and observation group (n=50). The patients in the control group were treated with conven-tional dressing therapy, while those in the observation group underwent VSD. Reoperation was done on all the patients after wound infection was under control. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results In the aspects of granulation tissue formation and infection management, the observation group were superior to the control group, and there was statistically significant differences in effective rate between the two groups, which was 96% vs 54%,P<0.05. Conclusion This study showed that VSD technology is worthy of promotion in the treatment of patients with intractable diabetic foot ulcer due to its good effect in improving granulation tissue formation and infection management, which could provide good wound bed for the future treatment.
