目的：探讨关节镜下对前交叉韧带胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折应用不可吸收缝合线“8”字进行复位和内固定的疗效。方法该院2010年4月—2013年3月收治的56例前交叉韧带胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折患者，随机行关节镜下应用双股MB66不可吸收缝合线对胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折区进行“8”字缝合捆绑，通过胫骨髁前置双隧道牵引复位，固定。结果术后X线片显示胫骨嵴撕脱骨折完全复位，56例均获随访，时间10~18个月，骨折完全愈合。术前Lysholm评分（71.4±9.6）分。术后 Lysholm评分为（94.4±1.4）分。术前与术后评分比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论关节镜下应用MB66不可吸收缝合线“8”字固定治疗膝关节前交叉韧带胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折，可以对移位的撕脱骨折很好地复位，早期功能锻炼，创伤小，操作方便，固定可靠，可避免二次手术减轻患者经济负担。%Objective To explore the effect of "8" Shaped Suture open reduction and internal fixation under arthroscope by non-absorbable suture in the treatment of anterior cruciate ligament tibial intercondylar eminence avulsion fracture. Methods 56 pa-tients with anterior cruciate ligament tibial intercondylar eminence avulsion fracture who were admitted in our hospital from April 2010 to March 2013 were treated, under arthroscope, with compression suture for the fracture area with double MB66 non-ab-sorbable suture, and by reduction and fixation through the front double-tibial tunnel traction. Results After treatment, X-ray exam showed all the patients with anterior cruciate ligament tibial intercondylar eminence avulsion fracture achieved reduction success-fully. All of them were followed-up for 10 to 18 months and all the fractures in them were healed. There was statistically signifi-cant difference between the Lysholm functional score after operation 94.4±1.4 and that before operation 71.4±9.6 (P<0.05).Con-clusion"8" shaped MB66 non-absorbable suture fixation under arthroscope in the treatment of anterior cruciate ligament tibial in-tercondylar eminence avulsion fracture can achieve successful reduction and the functional exercise in early day. It is minimally invasive with reliable fixation, esay to operate and without secondary surgery which can reduce the financial burden on patients.
