缺血性卒中与脑血管迂曲的危险因素分析

摘要

目的：分析讨论缺血性卒中与脑血管迂曲的危险因素。方法2012年7月-2014年11月该院接收进行全脑血管造影检查的患者105例，按照检查结果，59例为迂曲组(出现脑血管迂曲)；46例为非迂曲组(未出现脑血管迂曲)；54例为卒中组(出血缺血)；51例为非卒中组(未出现缺血)。比较并分析脑血管迂曲的危险因素。结果经比较，在缺血性卒中患者中，脑血管迂曲人数所占百分比约为72.22%、非脑血管迂曲人数所占百分比约为27.78%；在脑血管迂曲的患者中，卒中人数所占百分比约为67.79%、非卒中人数所占百分比约为32.21%，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根据临床统计，脑血管迂曲患者在年龄超过60岁人数、高血压人数、高血脂人数上明显高于非迂曲组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缺血性卒中与脑血管迂曲二者的发生存在较大的相关性，高龄、女性、高血脂、高血压诱发脑血管迂曲的可能性高。%Objective To discuss the correlation between ischemic stroke and cerebral vascular tortuosity and analyze the risk fac-tors of cerebral vascular tortuosity. Methods 105 patients who were admitted to our hospital between July 2012 and November 2014 and received full cerebral angiography were, according to the test results ,divided into tortuous group (cerebral vascular tor-tuosity, n=59) and non-tortuous group (cerebrovascular not appear tortuosity,n=46), stroke group (bleeding ischemia, n=54) and non-stroke group (ischemia does not appear,n=51). The risk factors of cerebral vascular tortuosity were analyzed and compared. Results By comparison, in ischemic stroke patients, the number of cerebral vascular tortuosity percentage was 72.22%, the number of non-cerebral vascular tortuosity percentage of approximately was 27.78%; in patients with cerebral vascular tortuosity, the per-centage of the number of stroke about was 67.79%, the percentage of the number of non-stroke about was 32.21%, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). According to clinical statistics, cerebral vascular tortuosity in patients older than 60 years the number of the number of hypertension, high blood lipids were significantly higher than the number of non-tortuous group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion There is a big correlation between ischemic stroke and cerebral vascu-lar tortuosity and advanced age, women, high cholesterol and hypertension are high risk factors for cerebral vascular tortuosity.
