赖氨匹林治疗急诊小儿高热中的临床效果分析

摘要

目的：探究赖氨匹林治疗急诊小儿高热中的临床效果。方法随机抽取2014年6月-10月来该院急诊科就诊的高热儿童70例，随机分为两组，对照组和实验组，每组35例。对照组使用对乙酰氨基酚，实验组使用赖氨匹林。记录24 h的体温监测，并比较。结果对照组的总体有效率为91.43%，实验组的总体有效率为97.14%，实验组的治疗效果显著，且起效快，所需时间短，明显优于对照组。结论使用赖氨匹林治疗急诊小儿高热见效快，副作用较小，值得在临床上推广。%Objective To explore the clinical effect of aspisol on treating the emergency of children high fever. Methods 70 chil-dren that have come to our hospital emergency department with high fever from June 2014 to October 2014 was selected and ran-domly divided into 2 groups:control group and experiment group,35 patients in each group.Control group was used of ac-etaminophen to control high fever,while experiment group used of aspisol. 24 hours temperature of every children was recorded and compared. Results The overall effective rate of experiment group is 97.14 percents, compared the control group which is 91.43 percents.The therapeutic effect of experiment group is significant ,rapid and short time required,which is better than the effect of control group. Conclusion Using aspisol to treat children high fever has a rapid onset and small side effect,which is worthy of ap-plication in clinical.
