目的：探讨Vitalstim吞咽治疗仪早期介入手足口病合并吞咽功能障碍的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，均给予常规康复治疗，治疗组加用Vitalstim吞咽治疗仪。治疗前后采用洼田饮水试验进行吞咽功能评估。结果治疗后两组患者的洼田饮水试验评分均有降低，治疗组降低更明显，且治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Vitalstim吞咽治疗仪结合常规康复治疗可明显提高手足口病合并吞咽功能障碍患者的吞咽功能。%Objective To explore the Vitalstim swallowing early therapeutic intervention, foot and mouth disease combined curative effect of swallowing dysfunction. Methods 60 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, both of them were given routine rehabilitation therapy, the treatment group used Vitalstim swallowing therapy apparatus. Before and after treatment to evaluate swallowing function kubota drinking water test. Results The two groups after treatment in patients with kubota drinking water test scores were decreased, the treatment group decreased more obviously, and the efficiency of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion Vitalstim swallowing therapeutic apparatus in combination with conventional rehabilitation treatment can obviously im-prove the hand, foot and mouth disease merging swallowing function in patients with swallowing dysfunction.
