Objective To investigate the use of periodontal root modified repositioned flap surgery on the width of attached gingiva were reconstructed, and observe the clinical effect of reconstruction.Methods Select 64 cases gingiva deficient patients received in our hospital during nearly a year , and all patients’ gingival reconstruction were treated with root advanced flap surgery, to observe the effect of postoperative.Results Back at the doctor's after 6 months,and the effective keratinized gingiva width of the patients compared with before treatment has improved obviously(<0.05).The reconstruction of the keratinized gingiva has tightly fitted with the porcelain crown, and hasn’t significant inflammation. The values of probing depth (PD), modified plaque (mPI), bleeding index (BI) are small. Conclusion The modified root advanced flap surgery can effectively increase the width of keratinized gingiva,and reconstruct the attached gingiva.After reconstruction,attached gingiva can maintain tissue health in the short term, so it is worthy of promotion.%目的：探讨采用改良后的牙周根向复位瓣术对附着龈宽度进行重建，观察牙龈重建效果。方法整群选取64例于近1年期间该院接收的附着龈缺乏患者，所有患者均采用改良后的牙周根向复位瓣术进行牙龈重建，观察术后效果。结果6个月复诊时，患者的有效角化牙龈宽度与治疗前比较有明显改善(<0.05)，重建的角化牙龈紧密贴合烤瓷冠，无明显炎症。探诊深度(PD)、改良菌斑(mPI)、出血指数(BI)值均较小。结论改良后的根向复位瓣手术可有效增加角化龈宽度，重建附着龈，重建后的附着龈可在短期内保持组织健康，值得推广。
