两种苏醒评分应用于宫腔镜手术患者的对比研究

摘要

Objective To investigate whether PADS scoring system and Aldrete scoring system are safe and their efficiencies as clinical criterias for discharge of patients undergoing hysteroscopicsurgery. Methods About 100 patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery were enrolled and assigned to two groups ,A group and P group(n=50). In the A group ,discharge decision was based on the Aldrete scoring system;In the P group ,discharge decision was based on the PADS scoring system.Patients accompanied by family members could be discharged from hospital after scores ≥ 9. The operation time , and the time for scores ≥ 9 were recorded. Results Patients of the P group needed more recovery time get scores≥9 than patients of the A group(P<0.01) . After scores≥9 discharge,none of the patients needed first aid inside or outside hospital, or hospital re-admission. Conclusion Compared with the Aldrete scoring system, PADS scoring system may prolong the patient’s time in recovery room;Two kinds of awakening score as clinical criterias for discharge of patients undergoing hysteroscopicsurgery, are safe .%目的：评价比较PADS评分和Aldrete评分作为宫腔镜手术患者麻醉后离院标准的安全性和效率。方法行宫腔镜手术患者100例，随机分为两组，即A组和P组(n=50)，术毕后A组患者采用Aldrete评分， P组患者采用PADS评分。两组患者苏醒评分≥9时可以在家属的陪同下离院。记录患者的手术时间，以及苏醒评分≥9所需时间。结果 P组患者评分≥9所需时间明显长于A组患者(P<0.01)；A、P两组患者苏醒评分≥9离院后，无一例患者发生院内外急救或需再次入院。结论与Aldrete评分相比，运用PADS评分延长了行宫腔镜手术患者在苏醒室的观察时间；两种苏醒评分作为宫腔镜手术患者麻醉后的离院标准是安全的。
