莫西沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎临床探讨

摘要

目的：探讨莫西沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎的治疗效果。方法选取2013年6月—2014年6月该妇产科收治的慢性盆腔炎患者320例，随机分为2组各160例，对照组给予青霉素联合甲硝唑治疗，观察组给予莫西沙星治疗，对比分析两组治疗效果和不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为96.3%，对照组总有效率为81.8%，观察组明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率为2.5%；对照组不良反应发生率为10.6%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性盆腔炎患者采用莫西沙星治疗可明显改善患者临床症状，且不良反应少，值得在临床推广应用。%Objective To Study of moxifloxacin in the treatmentof chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treatment effect.
