绿茶水对增进全麻术后患者口腔舒适度的效果分析

         

摘要

目的:探讨通过含漱绿茶水来减少全麻术后清醒患者口臭口干程度的可行性及其对口腔 pH值的影响。方法抽取该院2014年3月—8月收治的60例全麻术后清醒患者,随机分为观察组30例,对照组30例。观察组在医护人员指导下采用绿茶水进行含漱;对照组采用温开水漱口。比较两组患者口臭口干程度,并检测口腔内的pH值。结果观察组病人的口干口臭情况均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病人口腔pH值在正常范围内的人数多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论含漱绿茶水可明显降低全麻术后患者口干口臭的发生,维持患者口腔pH值在正常范围,增进患者口腔舒适度。%Objective To discuss the feasibility of the method which would decrease patients' bad breath and dry mouth after gen-eral anesthesia surgeries as well as the impact on the oral pH value by gargling green tea. Methods 60 patients who were admitted to the hospital from March to August 2014 and revived after general anesthesia surgeries were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group with 30 patients in each. The observation group gargled green tea under the guidance of medical staff while the control group gargled warm water. The levels of bad breath and dry mouth of the two groups were compared and their oral pH values were measured. Results The number of patients with bad breath or dry mouth in the ob-servation group was less than that in the control group, respectively(P<0.05);while the number of patients with normal oral pH val-ue in the observation group was more than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Gargling green tea can obviously de-crease the incidence of bad breath and dry mouth in patients after general anesthesia surgeries, maintain their oral pH values in the normal range and improve their oral comfort level.
