目的：评价臂丛加颈浅丛神经阻滞麻醉在锁骨骨折内固定手术中的效果。方法选取该院收治的66例行锁骨骨折内固定手术患者为该研究对象，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组给予臂丛加颈浅丛神经阻滞麻醉，对照组给予臂丛阻滞麻醉，比较两组患者的麻醉效果。结果观察组麻醉优良率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；麻醉期间，观察组患者MAP、HR优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），；观察组SPO2与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论臂丛加颈浅丛神经阻滞麻醉在锁骨骨折内固定手术中的应用效果显著，值得在临床上推广。%Objective To evaluate brachial and superficial cervical plexus block anesthesia in clavicular fracture internal fixation operation in effect. Methods Select our hospital 66 cases of patients with clavicle fracture internal fixation operation for this re-search object, then they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group was given the brachial and superficial cervical plexus block anesthesia, the control group received brachial plexus block anesthesia, compared two groups of patients with anesthesia effect. Results In the observation group, the excellent and good rate was higher than that of the control group, the anesthesia (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant;the period of anesthesia, the patients in ob-servation group were MAP, HR was better than that of the control group (P<0.05), there is statistical significance; the observation group compared with the control group SPO2, no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The brachial plexus and application effect of superficial cervical plexus block anesthesia in clavicle fracture internal fixation operation in significant, worthy of clinical popularization.
