Objective To investigate the method of clinical nursing for thoracolumbar burst fracture treated by internal fixation with pedicle screw system. Methods 26 patients were selected as the subjects of this study and decided into the control group and the observation group randomly and equally. The control group was given the conventional nursing, while the observation group was given the systematic nursing based on the nursing given to the control group. And the clinical nursing effect was compared be-tween the two groups. Results The comparison of the nursing effect of the two groups showed that, the total effective rate of the ob-servation group was 92.31%, much higher than 61.54% of the control group, the difference between the two groups is statistically significant (P<0.05);the result of comparing the nursing satisfaction between the groups indicated that the overall nursing satisfac-tion of the observation group was 100%, and that of the control group was 76.92%, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Systematic nursing applied to the clinical nursing process for thoracolumbar burst fracture treated by internal fixation with pedicle screw system is conducive to improving the clinical symptoms of the patients, so it is worthy of promotion and application.%目的：探讨胸腰椎爆裂型骨折椎弓根钉系统内固定术的临床护理方法。方法依循随机平均分配原则将作为该次研究对象的26例患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组护理基础之上给予系统护理，比较两组患者临床护理效果。结果比较两组护理效果，观察组总有效率为92.31%，对照组为61.54%，观察组显然优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；比较两组患者护理满意度，观察组总满意度为100%，对照组为76.92%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论于胸腰椎爆裂型骨折椎弓根钉系统内固定术的临床护理过程中应用系统护理有助于改善患者临床症状，值得推广应用。
