目的：探讨不同的护理干预对肺结核合并肺真菌感染治疗效果的影响。方法随机抽取该院2012年1月—2013年12月收治的58例肺结核合并肺真菌感染病患者。将58例患者分为对照组（27例）和观察组（31例），对照组采用抗结核药物、抗真菌药物治疗方案配合一般常规护理干预，观察组在对照组基础上施加心理护理、用药护理、药物不良反应、对症护理等综合护理干预，并对两组患者临床疗效进行比对。结果观察组总有效率93.55%，对照组总有效率74.07%，两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论在有效治疗方案基础上配合综合护理干预，对减少并发症的发生，降低病死率、有助于病情改善，提高生存质量起着重要的作用。%Objective To investigate the influence of different nursing interventions on the therapeutic effect of pulmonary tuber-culosis complicated by fungal infection. Methods 58 cases with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated by fungal infection admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were randomly selected. The 58 cases were divided into control group (27 cases) and observation group (31 cases). The control group were treated by the antituberculosis drugs and antifungal treatment reg-imen and the conventional nursing intervention, while the observation group were treated by the comprehensive nursing interven-tion including psychological nursing, medication nursing, adverse drug reactions nursing, symptomatic nursing and so on based on the treatment and nursing given to the control group. And the clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared. Results The to-tal effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%, while that of the control group was 74.07%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Effective treatment regimen combined with comprehensive nursing inter-vention is of great significance in reducing the incidence of complications and the mortality and improving the conditions of the disease and the quality of life.
