应用甘精胰岛素配合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病患者临床观察

Objective To observe the insulin glargine treatment with repaglinide in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 58 pa-tients with type 2 diabetes as an object of study, 29 cases of the control group given premixed insulin treatment, observation group 29 cases given insulin glargine treatment with repaglinide, the total efficiency and blood glucose two groups were compared. Re-sults The degree of lowering blood glucose was significantly lower than the control group, the total efficiency of 96.5% the control group68.97%, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion the effect of application of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus can realize the control of blood sugar, has positive clinical value.%目的：分析应用甘精胰岛素配合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病患者效果。方法选取2型糖尿病患者58例作为研究对象，对照组29例给予预混胰岛素治疗，观察组29例给予甘精胰岛素配合瑞格列奈治疗，比较两组患者总有效率和血糖变化。结果观察组血糖降低程度明显低于对照组，总有效率96.55%高于对照组68.97%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论应用甘精胰岛素配合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病可实现控制血糖的良好效果，具有积极的临床使用价值。
