采用瞳孔成形术治疗青光眼急性发作后瞳孔散大合并白内障的临床研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the curative effect of large pupil pupil angioplasty for the treatment of acute after acute angle closure glaucoma. Methods Retrospective analysis of 21 cases in our hospital from June 2012 to February 2014 peri-od (22 eyes) of primary acute attack of acute angle closure glaucoma after intraocular pressure induced mydriasis fixed with cataract treated by coreoplasty combined with phacoemulsification and IOL implantation combined with trabeculectomy for treatment, the observation group and 9 cases (9 eyes) underwent trabeculectomy for primary acute angle closure glaucoma patients, surgery combined with cataract phacoemulsification and IOL implantation for treatment of forming the pupil. In the control group. Two groups were observed the changes of visual acuity. Results In the first group,uncorrected visual acuity average increased by (2.73 ±2.31)line.In the second group,uncorrected visual acuity average increased by (4.44±2.50) line. Two groups of patients postoperatively pupil diameter reduced(P<0.001), photophobia reduce (P<0.001). Conclusion The pupil keratoplasty in treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma can be improve pupil loose big fixed vision, improve photo-phobia glare, improve visual quality.%目的：探讨瞳孔成形术治疗急性闭角型青光眼急性发作后瞳孔散大的疗效。方法回顾分析该院2012年6月＿2014年2月期间收治的21例(22眼﹚原发急性闭角型青光眼急性发作后出现眼压升高致瞳孔散大固定合并白内障患者，采用瞳孔成形术联合白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入联合小梁切除术治疗，以其为观察组。以及9例(9眼﹚已行小梁切除术的原发性急性闭角型青光眼患者，行瞳孔成形术联合白内障超声乳化及人工晶体植入术治疗，以其为对照组。观察两组视力改变情况。结果观察组裸眼视力较术前平均提高(2.73±2.31﹚行，对照组裸眼视力较术前平均提高(4.44±2.50﹚行，两组患者术后瞳孔直径缩小(P<0.001﹚，畏光减轻(P<0.001﹚。结论瞳孔成形术治疗急性闭角型青光眼瞳孔散大固定能够达到提高视力、改善畏光眩光、提高视觉质量。
