直接法与Friedwald公式法测定低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的差异

         

摘要

目的:探讨直接法与Friedwald公式法测定低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的差异。方法对该院2015年6-12月门诊方便收集的720份血标本进行血脂检测,包括总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)。根据TG的水平不同,对比分析直接法与Friedwald公式法测定的LDL-C结果,并对血脂水平风险进行评估。结果TG<4.52 mmol/L时,直接法与Friedwald公式法对LDL-C的测定结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);TG>4.52 mmol/L时,两种方法对LDL-C的测定结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Friedwald公式法测定低密度脂蛋白胆固醇适用于TG<4.52 mmol/L的人群,但对于高血脂患者应采用直接法测定LDL-C含量,才能为临床提供可靠的检验数据。%Objective To study the direct method and Friedwald formula method of low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C). Methods Convenient selection this hospital from June to December 2015 outpatient and 720 cases of blood specimens were collected for detection of blood fat, including total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein choles-terol (HDL - C). According to different levels of TG, compared the direct method with the results of LDL - C Friedwald formula method, and to evaluate risk of lipid levels. Results TG < 4.52 mmol/L, direct method and Friedwald formula method of LDL -C determination results no significant difference (P>0.05), compared with no statistical significance. TG>4.52 mmol/L, two methods for the determination of LDL- C results have significant differences (P<0.05), compared with statistical significance. Conclusion Friedwald formula method is suitable for determination of low density lipoprotein choles-terol TG<4.52 mmol/L, but for the determination of the direct method should be used in patients with hyperlipidemia, LDL-C content can provide reliable test data for clinic.
