整体护理管理干预在小儿腹泻的应用效果分析

摘要

Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing intervention in children with diarrhea. Methods Convenient choosing 160 cases of children with diarrhea to our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016, and accord-ing to the order of admission, people divided into observation group and the control group, each with 80 cases. Control group using conventional methods of care, observation group using the overall nursing procedures for nursing care, compared with the two groups of patients with nursing effect and recovery. Results The observation group with total efficiency of 97.5%, significantly higher than that of 77.5% in the control group, difference has statistical significance (P< 0.05). In the observation group, fever time, antiemetic, antidiarrheal time and hospitalization time were significantly lower than control group, observation group hospitalization expenses for the (996.72±18.450) Yuan, significantly lower than the control group (1 522.7±302.40) Yuan, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The whole nursing intervention on children diarrhea is beneficial to the early detection and timely treatment, which can effectively improve the treatment ef-fect, reduce the pain and improve the quality of life of the patients.%目的：探讨整体护理管理干预在小儿腹泻中的应用效果。方法方便选择2014年2月—2016年2月来该院接受腹泻治疗的患儿160例，并按照患儿的入院顺序将其分为观察组和对照组，每组患儿80例。对照组采用常规方法进行护理，观察组采用整体护理程序进行护理，比较两组患儿护理效果及恢复情况。结果观察组患儿总有效率为97.5%，高于对照组77.5%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组退热时间、止吐时间、止泻时间及住院时间均明显低于对照组，观察组住院费用为(996.72±184.50)元，明显低于对照组(1522.7±302.40)元，差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论小儿腹泻采用整体护理管理干预，有利于患儿早发现并进行及时治疗，可有效提高治疗效果，减轻患儿治疗痛苦，提高生活质量。
