目的：探讨单球囊双侧交替扩张后凸成形术对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折治疗效果。方法整群选取该院2013年1月—2015年12月骨科收治的68例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者，划分成严重组（32例）与一般组（36例）。全部实施单球囊双侧交替扩张后凸成形术，观察两组的临床疗效。结果骨水泥注射量（3.21±1.23）mL低于一般组(P<0.05）；椎体前缘高度恢复率（18.87±6.54）%、椎体中部高度恢复率（21.34±9.36）%低于一般组（P<0.05）。结论单球囊双侧交替扩张后凸成形术对老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩一般骨折与严重骨折的临床治疗效果显著。%Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of single balloon double balloon dilation in the treatment of os-teoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods Group selection 68 cases of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were divided into severe group (32 cases) and normal group (36 cases). Full implementation of the single balloon bilateral alternating expansion, the clinical efficacy of two groups were observed. Results (3.21 ±1.23) mL bone cement injection volume is lower than general group (P<0.05);vertebral height restoration rate (18.87 ±6.54) %, the middle part of the vertebral body height recovery rate (21.34 ± 9.36)%lower than nor-mal group (P< 0.05). Conclusion The bilateral alternating extension of single spherical capsule can significantly improve the clinical therapeutic effect of the treatment of senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures and severe fractures.
