舒血通联合氯吡格雷治疗80岁以上高龄脑梗死60例临床评价

摘要

目的：分析疏血通联合氯吡格雷治疗高龄脑梗死的临床疗效。方法随机择取该院2015年1—10月收治的脑梗死患者60例，分为常规组与实验组，每组30例，比较治疗效果。结果比较两组患者的血液流变学指标水平均差异有统计学意义，P﹤0.05。结论高龄脑梗死患者采用疏血通+氯吡格雷临床治疗更为安全有效。%Objective To analyze ShuXieTong combined therapy with clopidogrel - the clinical curative effect of cerebral infarction. Methods In our hospital from January 2015 to October 2015, 60 patients with cerebral infarction, divided into normal group and experimental group, 30 cases in each group, compare the efficacy of treatment. Results Compare the hemorheology index level of two groups of patients have significant difference, (P﹤ 0.05). Conclusion Elderly patients with cerebral infarction using ShuXieTong+clopidogrel is more safe and effective clinical treatment.
