Objective To evaluate Tripterygium glycosides tablet combined total glucosides of paeony capsules clinical efficacy of chronic idiopathic urticaria. Methods Selected in our hospital in March 2013 to 2016 years 3 months from 82 cases of chronic idiopathic urticaria patients were divided into two groups and studied. According to the proportion of 1:1 divided into control group (n=41) and treatment group (n=41), 2 groups of clinical curative effect and adverse reaction. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.7%, compared with the control group, the total effective rate was 68.3%, the difference was significant (P﹤0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Tripterygium glycosides tablet combined with total glucosides of paeony capsule in treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria efficacy has positive clinical use and promotion of significance, and does not significantly increase the patient's adverse reactions.%目的：评价雷公藤多苷片联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法：选取该院2013年3月—2016年3月收治的82例慢性特发性荨麻疹患者进行分组研究，按照1：1比例分为对照组（n=41)和治疗组（n=41)，其中对照组患者采取咪唑斯汀片+白芍总苷胶囊治疗，观察组患者采取雷公藤多苷片+白芍总苷胶囊治疗，比较2组临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为92.7%，其与对照组总有效率68.3%相比，组间差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雷公藤多苷片联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹疗效确切，具有积极的临床使用和推广意义，且不会明显增加患者的不良反应。
