目的：研究严重创伤院内急救中与绿色通道畅通相关的护理关键环节,并探讨其应用效果。方法方便选取对62例严重创伤并于该院接受治疗的患者进行研究,其中以2014年3月—2016年3月间31例患者作为观察组,同时以2012年3月—2014年2月间31例患者作为对照组,分别实施改良后的通畅绿色通道﹑常规绿色通道,探讨两种方法的应用效果。结果自患者入院到进行手术室,对照组所用时间为(56.69±7.49)min,观察组所用时间为(38.53±7.26)min,观察组所用时间明显低于对照组；对照组急救护理满意度为77.42%,观察组急救护理满意度为96.77%,观察组的急救护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论做好关键环节可为绿色通道的畅通提供保障,值得重视。%Objective To investigate the key points of nursing in the emergency treatment of severe trauma hospital and the green channel flow, and to explore its application effect. Methods Convenient selection of 62 cases of severe trauma and in our hospital received patients treated were studied, which in March 2014 to 2016 March 31 patients as the observation group, also in March 2012 to 2014 February 31 patients as control group, respectively, the implementation of improved pa-tency of the green channel, conventional green channel to explore the effect of the application of the two methods. Results From patients admitted to the operating room, control group time for (56.69±7.49) minutes, the observation group in the time (38.53±7.26) minutes, the observation group with time was significantly lower than that of the control group; control group of emergency nursing satisfaction was 77.42%. Observation group of emergency nursing satisfaction is 96.77%, the first aid nursing satisfaction of observation group than control group, P< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclu-sion To provide the guarantee for the smooth flow of the green channel, it is worth to pay attention to.
