天幕切开脑疝复位手术与常规手术治疗重型颅脑损伤合并脑疝的临床对比研究

摘要

Objective To study and compare the clinical effect of awning cut hernia reduction operation and conventional operation in treatment of severe craniocerebral injury combined with hernia. Methods 84 cases of patients with severe cran-iocerebral injury combined with hernia admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2013 to October 2015 were select-ed as the research objects, the control group were treated with conventional operation, the observation group were treated with awning cut hernia reduction operation, and the treatment effects and complications of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, (90.48%vs 71.43%), the total complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, (4.76%vs 19.05%) , and the differences had statistical significance, P<0.05. Conclusion The effect of awning cut hernia reduction op-eration and conventional operation in treatment of severe craniocerebral injury combined with hernia is good with fewer complications and high safety, which has an extremely high clinical promotion value.%目的：探究天幕切开脑疝复位手术与常规手术治疗重型颅脑损伤合并脑疝的临床效果,并进行对比。方法整群选取该院2013年8月—2015年10月收治的84例重型颅脑损伤合并脑疝患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者常规手术治疗,观察组患者采取天幕切开脑疝复位手术治疗,观察对比两组患者治疗效果及并发症情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.48%,总并发症率为4.76%,对照组分别为71.43%、19.05%,观察组总有效率高于对照组,总并发症率低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论天幕切开脑疝复位手术治疗重型颅脑损伤合并脑疝效果佳,并发症少,安全性高,具有极高临床推广价值。
