Objective To detect the CD147 level in peripheral blood in elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome and discuss its clinical significance in the occurrence and development of coronary artery disease. Methods 60 cases of patients with acute coronary syndrome were selected and 30 cases of patients without coronary artery disease after coronary an-giogram were selected as the control group, and the peripheral serum CD147 levels were measured by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method. Results The CD147 levels of patients with acute coronary syndrome were detected, and the patients were divided into the mild group (3.64 ±0.32) ug/L, moderate group (4.43 ±0.23) ug/L and severe group (5.32 ±0.3) ug/L according to the Gensini scores, which was higher than that in the control group, (2.49±0.15) ug/L(P<0.05), the CD147 level in peripheral blood in ASC patients was positively correlated with the LDL-C and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels and the correlation index was R=0.462, P<0.05. Conclusion CD147 level has a close correlation with the degree of coronary stenosis of elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome.%目的：检测患有急性冠脉综合征(ASC)老年患者外周血中CD147的水平，探讨其在冠脉病变发生发展中的临床意义。方法选取急性冠脉综合征患者60例，以及冠脉造影除外冠心病30例作为对照组，采取酶联免疫分析法测定患者外周血清CD147水平。结果①检测急性冠脉综合症患者的CD147水平，冠脉狭窄程度根据Gensini评分分轻、中、重组，轻度组(3.64±0.32)ug/L、中度组(4.43±0.23)ug/L、重度组(5.32±0.3)ug/L高于对照组(2.49±0.15)ug/L (P﹤0.05)；②ASC患者外周血中CD147水平与LDL-C、高敏C-反应蛋白水平相关系数r=0.462呈正相关关系(P﹤0.05)。结论CD147水平与老年急性冠脉综合征患者冠脉狭窄程度有密切关系.
