目的：对比双侧同期全膝关节置换术与单侧膝关节置换术临床效果。方法方便选取该院2013年9月—2015年9月收治的膝关节骨性关节炎90例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，根据治疗时采用的不同方案分成两组，将行单侧膝关节置换术治疗38例患者设为对照组，将行双侧同期全膝关节置换术治疗52例患者设为观察组，对两组膝关节与并发症进行对比。结果治疗后两组HSS评分均较治疗前显著改善，且观察组治疗后(86.68±6.30)分比对照组(78.50±4.25)分优，比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论膝关节骨性关节炎患者行双侧同期全膝关节置换术治疗效果显著，能够促进患者膝关节功能改善，且并发症率低，可广泛应用于临床。%Objective To observe the clinical effect of simultaneous bilateral total knee arthroplasty and single knee arthroplasty. Methods The clinical data of 90 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were divided into two groups ac-cording to the different programs at the time of treatment, and control group (38 cases) were treated with single knee arthro-plasty, the observation group (52 cases) were treated with simultaneous bilateral total knee arthroplasty, and the knee joints and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the HSS score of the two groups was ob-viously improved compared with that before treatment, and the HSS score after treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group, [(86.68±6.30) marks vs (78.50±4.25) marks], and the difference had statistical significance by comparison, P<0.05. Conclusion The effect of simultaneous bilateral total knee arthroplasty in treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis can promote the improvement of knee function of patients with low complication rate, which can be wide-ly applied in clinic.
