成分输血在术中急性大出血及失血性休克中的应用分析

Objective To analyze the application of component blood transfusion in acute massive hemorrhage and hemor-rhagic shock in operation. Methods 80 cases of patients with acute massive hemorrhage and hemorrhagic shock in operation from May 2012 to October 2014 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group were transfused into homologous whole blood, the observation group were transfused into homologous blood component, and the effects were observed. Re-sults The intraoperative blood loss, total intraoperative blood transfusion, postoperative PT and postoperative APTT in the observation group were respectively(755.48±187.56) mL, (824.57±225.69) mL,(10.25±0.95) s and (40.12±1.36) s, which were obviously better than those in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The effect of blood component for patients with acute massive hemorrhage and hemorrhagic shock is obvious.%目的：分析成分输血在术中急性大出血及失血性休克中的应用。方法随机选取2012年5月—2014年10月术中急性大出血及失血性休克患者80例随机分成两组。将异体全血输入对照组患者体内，观察组输入异体成分血。观察效果。结果观察组术中出血量(755.48±187.56)mL、术中总输血量(824.57±225.69)mL、术后PT(10.25±0.95) s以及术后APTT(40.12±1.36) s明显优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论成分输血针对急性大出血及失血性休克患者效果显著。
