尿道狭窄合并尿道结石经输尿管镜钬激光术治疗的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of holmium laser lithotripsy under ureter mirror in treatment of ure-throstenosis and urethral calculus. Methods 90 cases of patients with urethrostenosis and urethral calculus treated in our hospital from July 2013 to October 2015 were selected as the research objects with the consent of the all patients and ran-domly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each, the control group were treated with conventional drugs, while the re-search group were treated with holmium laser lithotripsy under ureter mirror, and the effects of the two groups were com-pared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 95.6%in the research group and 80.0% in the con-trol group, and the treatment effect of the research group was obviously better than that of the control group, and the differ-ence between groups was obvious with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of holmium laser lithotripsy under ureter mirror in treatment of urethrostenosis and urethral calculus is obvious and good, which is worth clinical appli-cation and promotion.%目的：观察和分析尿道狭窄合并尿道结石经输尿管镜钬激光术治疗的效果。方法方便择取对象为2013年7月—2015年10月到该院进行治疗的90例尿道狭窄合并尿道结石患者，所有患者均于知情同意下积极参与该研究活动，按照随机等分法将其划分成各45例的研究组和对照组，前组患者采用传统药物治疗，对比分析两组患者效果。结果治疗后，研究组总有效率为95.6%，对照组为80.0%，和对照组相比较，研究组治疗效果明显要好，组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用经输尿管镜钬激光术治疗尿道狭窄合并尿道结石，效果显著且良好，值得应用于临床，并予以推广。
