目的 分析雷米芬太尼联合右美托咪定对头颈部及甲状腺手术患者麻醉效果.方法 随机选取2011年1月—2014年12月该院收治的100例头颈部及甲状腺手术患者作为观察对象,随机分成两组,每组50例,对照组采取雷米芬太尼进行麻醉,实验组采取雷米芬太尼联合右美托咪定进行麻醉,观察比较两组患者的麻醉维持时间以及苏醒时间情况. 结果 实验组患者的麻醉维持时间为(108.12±7.47)min,对照组患者的麻醉维持时间为(89.58±9.50)min,且两组患者的苏醒时间差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05. 结论 对头颈部及甲状腺手术患者采取雷米芬太尼联合右美托咪定进行麻醉,效果显著.%Objective To analyze the anesthetic effect of remifentaniliva combined with dexmedetomidine on patients with head and neck and thyroid surgery. Methods 100 cases of patients with head and neck and thyroid surgery treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2014 were selected as the observation object and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group were anaesthetized with remifentaniliva, the experimental group were anaesthetized with remifentaniliva combined with dexmedetomidine, the anesthesia maintenance time and analepsia time of the two groups were observed.
